My Dad and I are in Switzerland! We made it to Luzern today from Zurich. This is the view from the hotel balcony.






So far there are a few quoteable quotes:

1. After Glenn dozed, though I warned against it - "You gotta fight through the Jet Lag, Dad!" - I hear him mutter something from the other room, while I am putting on eye makeup. "What was that, Dad?"
Glenn: "Help me, Jesus"

2. In the microbrew restaurant at lunch while looking at the menu...
Erin: "Look Dad, you can get a chicken breast filled with fresh market salad."
Glenn: "I think that says, 'fillet' "






3. "My eyes are bloodshot...
My face feels like it's going to explode...
but other than that - I'm great."
