Reasons Why I Like Ukraine, 1

Whenever I go bowling, I always like my name to be entered into the computer as "Bowling Tigress." Maybe I started this in 10th grade P.E. when we would leave school at lunch and go to the local Pinboy's on our school bus for the bowling unit. That was the first and only time I ever bowled a "Turkey." Thanks, Coach Walker. Or maybe it was during my tenure as the only female on the bowling team, The Saltines my senior year of high school in The Lousy Bowler's League with Evan, Alan, Josh Dudley, and Danny. Who knows? Anyway, take a look at a real life tigress I learned about just this week....

This is 2010 Ukrainian presidential candidate, Yulia Tymoshenko.

And this is Yulia with her pet tiger, Tigryulia (clever).

Also - Yulia is pictured with her tiger in campaign posters plastered all over Kiev presently. Obviously this is where John McCain went wrong back in '08. I feel, that in the pool with the 17 other presidential candidates, these tiger posters really do set Yulia apart. Go get 'em, girl... A female president of a country in the former Soviet Bloc sounds good to me.

And this is a link to Yulia's personal blog. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
