1. I am still up. Karaoke at Wanna B's tonight. Hey, that place has really cleaned itself up! (Actually I think it just seems nicer because there is no smoking allowed anymore so it seems a lot less hazy and thankfully my coat doesn't smell like an ash tray). This karaoke stint involved a Dokota Fanning look-alike who sang the most horrifyingly innappropriate song I have ever heard. This girl was wearing braces - how did she get in to Wanna B's and why didn't someone stop her when she unzipped her sweater and sang words such as: "hot" "spanking" and "my cake" ? That was awful, but overall the evening was enjoyable.
2. It is supposed to snow here this weekend. It never snows in VB. Typically I am a naysayer. For some reason, this time, I believe! It had begun to snow when I drove past Town Center at 2:21am on my way home, so we'll see.
3. I hope it snows and my training run gets cancelled, because at this point I am supposed to be running 5 miles 4 1/2 hours from this moment in below freezing temps. That sounds pretty awful to me right about now.
